Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Work with Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to design and implement sales force models/ structure and related territory alignments.
• Supports the Head of Sales and Head of Social marketing in continuously reviewing and refining systems, policies and processes as required to ensure best in class sales force productivity and execution of all commercial and social strategies and plans
• Supports the field force through effective use of data analysis and planning for effective implementation of processes for right results. Provide analytical support for the development of competitive selling metrics to meet country sales force operational & strategic plans. Provides guidance in methodologies, processes and SOPs to enable creation and enhancement of deliverables in following areas in SFE-
Segmentation & Targeting for different product therapies and expected outcomes. Design of the FF structures and territories based on optimal use of resources for targets. Set commercial and social targets in line with annual plan and create mechanism for assessments and monitoring
Call Planning and Targeting for commercial and social verticals. Incentive Calculation Management and Reporting. Incentive design and payout calculation. Target setting validation. Target vs achievement calculation
Market & Sales Analytics for commercial team and analysis of social impact for social team. Periodic sales reports based on KPIs e.g. MS, growth, units, value, YTD, SOV, contribution etc. Ad-hoc sales & market analysis report.
Activity Reports for all teams in field starting with SLM, FLM and last mile resources. Call coverage, call average, call trend, coaching days, vacancy rate, productive frequency. Customer satisfaction surveys. Data Reconciliation Reports
• Coaching new team members on the business and incentives domain
• Additionally, this individual will provide all incremental services required to achieve “Best in Class” SFE business practices.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Graduate/ Post Graduate, with strong skills of data analysis and operational exposure
• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
• Understanding of Pharma business is a must
• Eye for detailing and ability to deal with complex data structures
• Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
• Knowledge of IMS & Industry data sources
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
