Key responsibilities :-Sales Manager
- New Client Acquisition
- Generate Own lead for B2C & B2B businesses & on board
- Successfully close the leads assigned to and on board new clients
- Log in the new client details for onboarding
- Bring feedback to the organization on competition activities
- Participate in exhibitions/Trade fairs for lead generation
- Account Management
- Hand hold the new client for the first 3 months
- Ensure account recivables from the new clients
- Up sell new service tiers to the clients
Key Responsibilities : Controller Externalization
- New Client
- Contract Closure
- Inputs of rates and other financial details in System
- Advising on Pricing and Commercial terms and conditions to sales teams
- Account Management
- Timely Billing
- Timely closure of shipments in system
- Timely reconciliation
- Collection on Time
- Focus on DSO
