Key role and responsibilities:

• Perform preliminary assessment on red flags and whistle blower complaints
• Lead and manage investigations involving allegations of potential misconduct and violation of company Code of Conduct policy.
• Support initiatives focused on risk identification and mitigation
• Perform Stakeholder Management for follow-up action plans in identified areas of improvement
• Support in initiatives to create awareness on Code of Conduct policy

Preferred experience:

• 8 to 12 year experience of performing investigations
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in conducting interviews
