Manager - Infrastructure Operations & Analysis

Responsibility
1. Coordination with service providers regarding Telecom Services :
a. Order Logging
b. Contract review & Signoff
c. Tracking service delivery for timely executions as per business requirement
d. Delivery handoff & circuit inventory updation in MDSL"

e. Reviewing all telecom related inventory on monthly basis for accuracy. Preparing various inventory reports and distributing to stakeholders with required details globally

2. Cost Optimization:
a. Timely submission of disconnection to maximize savings.
b. Tracking Contract renewal date & take with procurement for the same
b. Reviewing all telecom related invoices on monthly basis for accuracy,
c. Invoices analysis with existing Contract in terms of MRC, ARC, NRC, usage charges"

3. DoT related activity:

a. Taking care of all TRAI Compliance For PAN India Locations. To ensure all the UCC complaint raised shall be closed as invalid to avoid any Violation.
b. Updation of all Bulk SMS template on DLT Portal & getting the same whitelisted on the SMS service provider portal.
c. Audit support to Telco suppliers for DoT related audit & provide required documents.
d. Coordination with Local IT Operations, Network & Voice team for creating a database of client owned telecom services delivered at CNX Locations PAN India
