This strength will soon reach 350.

The candidate must be a MBA HR or post Graduate in HR .

The job of the Manager HR and Admin is to handle all activities which are typically required in a manufacturing company like

1)Advertising for Management Staff and Graduate Trainee Engineers to

2) Coordinating / arranging interviews for the recruitment of operators and staff

3) Appointment letters and Issuing experience certificate.

4) Coordinating the manpower planning activities with the production team

5) ESI / PF , Skill India registration, BOAT activities,

6) Campus Interview,

7) Bus, Canteen, Security, Uniform, House keeping.

8) Discipline, 5S

9) Issue Show Cause, Legal compliances, etc. is the responsibility of this Manager.

10) Admin Activities,

11) Training co-ordination,

12) Payroll management, salary upload is also the responsibility of the Manager and his team

To work from scratch for all the HR activities.
