Responsibilities
- Lead a central team of high-performing digital marketing strategists who work collaboratively with Americas Mid Market Sales teams.
- Achieve growth goals for multiple segments at the market/business-model level.
- Mentor the team to support and help advertisers maximize opportunities, improve performance, and enhance return on investment across Lead Generation, e-commerce, and multi-channel businesses.
- Mobilise and enable the team to problem solve for customer lifetime value by fulfilling business/marketing objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Program Management teams to enable go-to-market strategy for Ads solutions across the mid-market segment of customers.
