Pre Contract:
• Study & evaluate drawings, specifications & design basis reports from the perspective of qualification, costing & techno commercial activities.
• Rate analysis of the key items & Pre tender estimates.
• Finalising procurement strategy and contract packages.
• Finalising tender event schedule.
• Selection of tenderers through pre-qualification.
• Prepare & issue tender documents and addendums, Tender evaluations, negotiations.
• Management approval and award of contract.
• Contract documentation.
Post Contract:
• Ensuring timely submission of bonds and insurances from the contractors.
• Assessment of variations, escalations and issuance of change orders, amendments.
• Monitoring of Contracts and taking feedback from project.
• Co-ordination between Contractor and Project team for resolving contractual issues.
• Making & tracking Contract related correspondence.
• Final reconciliation of cost plan.
