Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in TV/Internet/Media industries
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing, including project and account/partner management
- Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA
- 10 years of experience in customer/partner management, with executive internal and external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience initiating and driving business opportunities in the media space
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills regarding agreements, technical, and financial issues with partners

In this role, you will initiate and manage daily operations and partner relationships, field and prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot partner systems around reporting and content management, and create periodic reports on partner performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage strategic partnerships as well as develop new partnership opportunities. Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues.
- Grow the business toward performance goals, including maximizing viewership, business, content delivered, and community interaction.
- Resolve business issues with partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement creative ways to improve partner relationships, grow distribution, and business growth.
- Engage with C-level or executive leadership of enterprises to build long-term partnerships, and advocate internally on behalf of our partners.
