- Experience in managing a Sales team with business goals and in a high growth environment.
- Experience in sales management with strong consultative selling.
- Demonstrated track record of leading in ambiguity, complexity, and influencing cross-functional team members without direct authority.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team and work on the Casual Gaming and e-Services clients while developing strong relationships with clients to drive industry thought leadership and scaling best practices.
- Understand the respective industries and solve for our client’s business impact uniquely leveraging internal cross-functional teams.
- Work towards solving key Product and Policy Asks to shape the future growth of these industries.
- Collaborate with Global Gaming teams to build a community of sharing of best practices in this space and export high impact work from India.
- Analyze data trends, client performance, and drive strong precision with our clients through regular business reviews, solid business plans, and lead with strong insights and growth mindset.
