Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role in a Event Management / Media company.

Ensure all the process, policies related to Sales Management, Business Planning, Account Management and Partner operational related are adhered, in case of any deviation/observation ensure the same gets escalated and necessary decision/corrections are implemented for better outcome.

Pro-actively seek target organizations, companies and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company's services.

Facilitating communication with professionals, including venue management, stand designers, caterers, contractors and equipment rentals to ensure efficient running of the events.

2 to 6 Years experience In Sales or Marketing or Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management.

Your job as a business development/Marketing manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Apart from your own sales closures, you will also train and manage a team of Business Development Executives and help them with their closures as well.

MBA + Minimum 2 year experience
