- 5+ years of experience in contact center / outsourcing space
- 3+ years of experience with CRM Inbound Voice with experience in Inbound Cross / Upsell program
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- Managed at least 5+ improvement projects – CSAT/NPS/Resolution/Cost/AHT/Sales etc.
- Agile SCRUM (CSM) certified / trained preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts and sites
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
