Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Innovation Analytics Team

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing approaches to analyze Shopper and Customer level purchase information and Point of Sales Data

Responsibilities

Has sound Statistical knowledge and its application to solve real time business problems.

• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis which are used in Marketing analytics, e.g. ANOVA, Cluster Analysis, Factor analysis, Linear and Non-Linear Regression concepts, ANCOVA and other modeling approaches etc.

• Advanced knowledge of SAS / R / MACROS/Python a must

• Hands-on experience with Big Data will be an advantage.

• Excellent data interpretation skills.

• Should have medium to high proficiency in MS-Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint

• Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.

• Should have basic knowledge of market research & any specific knowledge on retail and FMCG/CPG industry will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge on Customer/Shopper level data will be an added advantage.

• Experience in using charting/reporting.

• Experience in Managing a team, run UATs, coordinate and collaborate with multiple stake holders

• Extensive experience in Digital measurement

• MSc/MTech – Statistics or Computing

• Ability to ask right queries

• Ability to prioritize and organize own workload

• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations

• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations

• Superb communication and negotiation skills
