Role Summary/Purpose:

As Manager Account Management Implementation team, you will have the opportunity to work on major business initiatives that contribute to SYF’s growth and productivity objectives. In this role, you will have the responsibility of managing multiple account management strategy implementation assignments supporting the Account Management function & will work directly with the Product Team, IT and strategy teams in catering to the end-to-end implementation needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage account management strategy implementation and validation based on Product requirement, code changes to account management implementation platform(s). Needs to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously for successful implementation of all tasks undertaken. Able to provide implementation solutions/codes for tools in-use (Power Curve, 3DS, Provision Plus).
  • Able to establish priorities and coordinate work. Proactively manage efforts to maintain stakeholder satisfaction, and quantify project benefits delivered. Collaborate with multiple project managers, local team and stakeholders for accurate work delivery.
  • Should have effective/precise communication to be able to lead project calls and gather/document project requirements. Should be able to come up with system design and architectural solutions
  • Able to Develop and support Best-in-class analytic solutions. Focus on Process Efficiency/Process Control and Automation.
  • Demonstrate extreme attention to detail, report accuracy, data integrity, and team focus. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in science
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit or risk management, lending, marketing or appropriate field in a credit card / consumer lending environment
  • Strong Technical abilities and experience in any strategy implementation platforms – Powercurve, Strategy Design Studio, Strategy Manager, Provision Plus, and 3D Secure.
  • Strong SAS, SQL, Mainframe, VBA, Excel.
  • Very Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with a wide range of end users, demonstrated various leadership skills, precise communication and ability to interpret requirements.

  • Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.

Desired Characteristics:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy implementation for acquisitions, account management or collections business
  • Experience with consumer and commercial lending products and practices
  • Ability to engage and work effectively with clients / partners to gain alignment and achieve key deliverables
  • Cross-functional experience with a track record of leading in a matrix environment and influencing key decision makers
  • Technically savvy with experience working on technology-related projects.
  • Strategic thinker; innovative problem solver; self-starter; team player.
  • Strong understanding of Big Data and associated technologies.

Work Hours: 14:00 – 23:00 IST
