Position : Management Trainee

The job profile is into Commercial Vehicle Finance and dealing with customers for Finance & Recovery, which includes Proper financing, vehicle evaluation, regular visit to customer, Collections & recovery etc.

• Promising career in the field of commercial vehicle finance division
• Identification of right Customers, Customers' interaction, servicing & relationship building
• Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals
• Learn entire Gamut of Business activities of Branches / Regional Offices / Zonal Offices.

Job Location : Across Bihar.

Eligibility Criteria :

• First Class B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or Automobile) or Full time MBA (Finance or Marketing) 2018/2019/2020 passed out
• Male candidates only
• Age below 25 years (i.e., born on or after 01/01/1996)

Compensation :

• Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.44 lakhs per annum during one year Training & Probation.
• After Successful Completion of one year Training & Probation, MTs will be confirmed as Assistant Manager or Equivalent Managerial Positions
