ROLE SYNOPSIS:

As a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE, you will be involved in various aspects of the business which include Sales & Marketing, HR, Business Operations as well as leadership, team management. You will also have an opportunity to move into Management Roles within 12 to 18 months based on your performance. We will provide you FREE on-the-job training.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have a systematic criteria-based promotion structure, wherein each individual is given an opportunity to learn and grow simultaneously. The selected candidate will start in Level 1 and progress into Level 2 & 3. After successful completion all 3 levels the candidate will get an opportunity to move into a management position and run an independent branch office.

-Level 1: Sales, Marketing and Brand Promotions

-Level 2: Human Resources Management, Recruitment & Team management

-Level 3: Business Operations & Back-end Administration
