Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in supply chain operations, analytics, process improvement, or cross-functional program management.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization, including SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing project plans and working with a diverse set of executive stakeholders on requirements, roles and responsibilities, project timelines.
  • Experience designing and executing structured analysis, deriving business insights, and evaluating the impact of business decisions (e.g., R, Python, SAS), communicate findings to a diverse audience.
  • Experience working with teams distributed across geographies, effective communication and collaboration with global teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Experience in presenting complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to classify multiple conflicting priorities while driving towards pragmatic decisions/actions.

Responsibilities

  • Write and review technical documents, including requirements, schemas, design documents for existing and future data systems. Manage and drive technical programs/projects end-to-end.
  • Design and develop dashboards and critical reports for supply chain, sales, and finance stakeholders. Design and execute structured analysis to evaluate the impact of business decisions, communicate findings to a diverse audience.
  • Work with business analysts and other non-technical business users to understand the needs and to help them effectively use the data and tools.
  • Apply a broad range of modeling techniques to help drive strategic decisions for the organization. Build and employ statistical/ML tools to accurately predict business trends and automate critical processes.
  • Apply simulation techniques to enable optimization of key operational metrics.
