1. Develop the long-term strategy and create overall business model for Nebula and Xylys; formulate the annual business plan and allocate location-wise targets through market potential analysis, recent trends and change in customer preferences2. Provide approval for all activities effecting the functional P&L like quarterly budgets, annual targets, expansion plan etc. within the defined limits3. Develop and approve the individual targets and KRAs for the managers4. Identify, develop introduction of new sales channels in alignment with the overall brand philosophy5. Develop the product portfolios for the brand based on the identified and classified customer segments6. Develop the annual marketing calendar and seek approval for necessary budgets7. Identify new and innovative marketing engagements/ events and seek approval from relevant stakeholders· Annual business plan· Year on Year business growth
Conducting Business Performance Reviews
1. Monitor the financial performance against budgets and optimize the potential performance improvement opportunities2. Develop and implement reporting & review mechanisms to track operational performance and ensure course correction & corrective action, as appropriate.· Business performance review calendar· Percentage of deviation from target achievement
New Product Development
1. Analyse the gaps in the product portfolio and asses the changing trends and provide design briefs to the design teams for every single SKU; finalize the design, develop the costing and approve the product loading2. Identify ad approve new vendors based on the aligned capabilities and coordinate with factory teams for empanelment3. Monitor and manage the entire cycle from customer acquisition to delivery in the case of bespoke products· Expansion schedule· Percentage of market penetration· Customer satisfaction score· Increase in sales
Customer Engagement
1. Provide guidance and budgetary approvals to develop the annual customer communication/ engagement calendar2. Marketing

1. Drive a culture of diversity, performance and transparency in the region and ensure the employees in the region are engaged.2.
