Lead Lab Engineering

• Predictive, Preventive and corrective Maintenance of Analytical and Process equipment.
• Routine Operation and maintenance for all utility.
• Life Cycle Management (AMC’s / Health Reports/Daily monitoring reports / sanitization/Calibration/Validation records) of equipment.
• Keep all facilities, equipment, support systems in a audit ready condition at all times.
• Propose & track spends for OPEX & CAPEX budgets.
• Maintaining the inventory of spares for all Lab Systems.
• Strong focus on continual improvements and Sustainability projects.
• Able to read & understand schematics/P&IDs/Layouts /drawings
• Execution of Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV & CSV) of equipment.
• Installation & Operational Qualification of New & Existing modified systems
• Work on sustainable operations initiatives like Continual improvements, Energy management etc
• Tracking energy, downtime etc. All critical parameters necessary for engineering operations.
• Follow & provide guidance to team members to follow Safety procedures during Operation & Maintenance of the systems.
• Providing compliance related to statutory requirement, other risk and audit, safety observations.
• Follow & provide guidance to team members to follow Good Engineering & Good documentation practices during routine activities
• Participating Audits – Internal & External customer Regulatory
• Provide training Internal & External teams
• Participate in recruitments of team.
