We are Hiring: Lead Recruiter for (IT Recruitment)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Minimum 3+ years experience of hands on Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, Working for any Software/IT Consulting company or agency

.• Min 1 years of Experience in managing a team of Technical recruiters (3-5).

• Expertise to manage the entire Pre recruitment process from search to on-boarding.

• Strong in Account Management and Relationship building (handling multiple clients).• Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.

• Strong working knowledge of hiring through Social Media Networks

• Strong knowledge of Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.

• Excellent time management skills

.• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Basic Qualifications :

:• Any Graduate degree.

• 3-7 years of total experiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good negotiation skills.

• Ability to Influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organization

.• Should be able to independently work on critical open positions.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
