Role: Lead - Automation CoE

Job Location: Hyderabad

• Provide technical leadership to Digital projects around Productivity improvement using Process Mining, Process Discovery, Process Improvement and Reengineering.
• Deliver Hyperautomation at organization level through POCs, Product integration and solution innovation.
• Be responsible for conceptualizing & architecting cognitive solution requirements for opportunities across multiple domains.
• Provide technical governance for Digital projects, helping them assess the process for benefit, re-engineering, technology fitment and implementation
• Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders and other teams
• Ensures that the solution design balances functional, service quality and automation requirements.
• Collaborate with vendor and implementation partners to monitor and govern the implementations
• Participate and lead PoCs for various business functions, as relevant
• Lead and mentor team of consultants and developers
• Stays abreast of current digital trends to drive and deliver all technical aspects of Digital COE.
• Deploy best in class development processes and drive skill building initiatives for the Automation team.
• Ensure project development team meets all requirements / targets related to Schedules, feature development, cost, quality, compliance & performance.
• Should be well versed with Agile delivery methodologies and assist users in Story creation and backlog management

What You’ll Need:

• Must have 8-10 years of project delivery experience in RPA, RDA, OCR and workflow-based automation
• Must have hands-on experience on various automation technologies like UiPath/Automation Anywhere, Python, C#, .Net, JavaScript etc.
• Well versed with technologies like Low code Applications, BPM, Workflow tools, chat bots, OCR, NLP, digital personal assistant, and conversational platform implementations
• Must have experience of scrum and agile methodologies
• Had led large scale implementation of automation program across the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand the big picture and deliver results in a partnering and collaborative style.
• Nice to have experience working with Pharma and Healthcare companies
