Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Key Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Tally Prime, excellent coordination skills with distributors and transporters, and the ability to create effective production and dispatch plans. As a Key Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our key accounts, ensuring smooth operations, and driving customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1)Manage Key Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and requirements.
Coordinate with Distributors: Collaborate closely with distributors to understand demand forecasts, stock availability, and delivery schedules. Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
2)Coordinate with Transporters: Liaise with transporters to arrange suitable vehicles for product dispatch, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring on-time deliveries.
Production Planning: Work closely with the production team to create effective production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels. Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion.
3)Dispatch Planning: Develop efficient dispatch plans to ensure timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with relevant departments to prioritize orders and manage any potential delays or issues.
4)Monitor Inventory: Regularly monitor stock levels to identify any potential shortages or excesses. Take proactive measures to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
Provide recommendations to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
5)Customer Service: Address any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
6)Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations for business growth and market expansion.
7)Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Key Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime software.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of production planning and inventory management principles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
