Key Account Manager
ImpactGuru.com is looking for skilled Key Account Managers to oversee the relationships of the company with key fundraising campaigners.
Roles & responsibilities
Identify, on-board, and liaison with key customers
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
Ensure the correct information is provided to customers in a timely manner
Write, edit & publish compelling fundraising stories for customers
Ideate & execute strategies for success of fund raising campaigns
Monitor performance of fundraisers, analyse whats working, whats not
Create & execute on course correction strategies
Resolve any issues faced by customers and deliver to customer satisfaction in a timely manner
Expand relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Liaise with NGOs, influencers, government agencies, media houses
Serve as the link of communication between key customers, internal & external teams
Play an integral part in delivering to customer needs that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare & publish regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Pre-requisites
3+ years of proven experience as key account manager
Understand the basics of different social media platforms - Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Prior experience with an NGO or fundraising (plus)
Prior experience in relationship management with premium account holders of private banks (plus)
Prior experience in sales of high value products or services (plus)
Key Skills (mandatory)
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all
organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
