• Manage Xiaomi’s sell-in and sell-out across all categories – smartphones, Accessories and TVs
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in LFR chains
• Plan and execute ATL and retail marketing inside and outside the stores across LFRs
• Execute interventions to increase sell-in and sell-out
• Manage promoters
• Increase ASPs
• Coordinate with category team, supply chain, after sales and finance
