• Execution of RCC & Finishing activities.
• Handling Planning related activities of the project & share with supervisors & sub-contractors.
• Execution of work such as RCC, BBM, Plaster, Gypsum, Waterproofing, Tilling, external and internal painting work, door frame & door shutter work, fabrication work, modular kitchen work, Aluminum & SS railing work as per specifications and drawing.
• Execution work of steel as per drawing and coordination with a structural consultant for checking & solving critical issues for same.
• Coordination with team members regarding typical site issues.
• Preparation of BBS and DPR.
• Maintaining ISO records for external & internal audits.
• Preparation and certification of bills.
• Ensure the execution as per the EHS norms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Operating systems: Windows XP, windows7.
• Application software: ERP, Auto-CAD.
