Job Title: Joinery Draftsman

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to develop detailed joinery drawings and specifications.

Create accurate 2D and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Prepare technical drawings, plans, and layouts for manufacturing and installation purposes.

Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements.

Review and analyse architectural and engineering plans to identify joinery requirements and constraints.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Provide support and guidance to junior draftsman, as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Joinery Draftsman, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role(gulf Experience Preferred).

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DS Max.

Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Degree or equivalent
