Roles and Responsibilities

End to end recruitment.
Source profiles across various channels job-boards, references and social media.
Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches.
Handle full life-cycle of recruitment process (Source/Screen/Schedule)
Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
#Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals across all levels and major IT skills.
#Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Job Portals, social networking, Job Postings etc).
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Good to have experience into hiring for Contract and C2H requirements.

Good to have experience of Client Management/Client Engagement.

Should have Team Management experience or leading team.
