Roles and Responsibilities :

• Well versed with recruitment life cycle Viz: Requirement gathering, requirement analysis,referring to the existing internal database, sourcing profiles, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, salary Negotiations, fitment, offering and candidate engagement and follow-up with the On- boarding team till candidates reports the projects.
• Having good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.
• Sourcing high-quality candidates to ensure 100% client satisfaction
• Extensive experience in drive coordination for client places
• Prepare and Send daily report, weekly, monthly recruitment report to the recruitment Head.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Must have experience in hiring IT requirements.
