Roles and Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Should have good technical knowledge (ERP, IT Skills, etc)
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing, interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.
• Must have experience in using job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing skills
• Attractive incentives will be given.

Shift: Mid-shift (2:00 pm 11:30 pm)
