• Strong background in IT recruitment environment with good understanding on technical job description / Understanding the client requirement for open positions.

• Responsible for Sourcing the right & talented candidate according to the client requirement through various job portals like Monster, Naukri and Shine.

• Sending the bulk mails according to the requirement.

• Closing the positions as required by the client on time.

• Follow up with the candidate from sourcing till joining.

• Effectively using personal network, database, and Employee referrals to close the position.

• Completing the Joining Formalities of the new joiner by doing documents verification.

• Independently handling clients for all the recruitments.

• Working for PAN India requirements
