Job Description:

  1. As a Recruiter you are accountable for End to End RECRUITMENT: Interacting with Hiring Managers, understand the requirement, sourcing profiles, conducting personal-HR interview, Salary negotiation, coordinating till Candidate On-boarding and completing pre-joining, post joining Documentation process.
  2. Should have relevant experience in recruiting core IT profiles for all levels from Entry Level to Leadership Hiring and on Vanilla to Niche skills sets.
  3. Should have good knowledge of IT terminologies & Stay current on trends and evaluate innovative, low-cost and effective hiring methods to attract Best Talent from the Industry.
  4. Should be proficient on resume search through Job portals & must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, Search Engines, Headhunting, referrals etc and not only relying on job board ads or a database.
  5. This profile requires the Candidate to act as Individual Contributor and Accountable to close all the requirement arising effectively.
  6. Candidate need to be professional in both approach and work ethics, with a keen eye for detail with both candidate and requirements.
  7. Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
  8. Sourcing to Interview ratio & Offer to Joining ratio should be higher.
  9. Ensure hiring of the right quality, in the right time frame and within budget.
  10. To involve in Behavioral and Competency based Interviewing & partnering with Hiring Managers for appropriate hiring decisions.
  11. Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coaches each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process.
  12. Works on hiring for high volume positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.
  13. Leverage broad set of sourcing channels (social media and other sources) to enhance Employer Value Proposition.
  14. Creating recruitment related reports and facing audits.
  15. MIS & Vendor Management.
  16. Experience in US Recruitment is added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Must have 3+ years of IT recruitment experience working with Software Services/Product development companies.
  2. Must have Excellent English communication skills both oral & written. (Mandatory)
  3. International Hiring experience will be added advantage.
  4. Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill based hiring, Market mapping.
  5. Must have experience independently handling campus drive, walk-in drives etc.
  6. Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  7. Must be Target oriented and capable to work well under pressure.
  8. Must have good Analytical, Time management, people management skills.
  9. Should be able to effectively manage, guide & motivate the team.
  10. Responsible for individual target, Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
  11. Must have experience working with any ATS (Application tracking System).
