Job Description:
- As a Recruiter you are accountable for End to End RECRUITMENT: Interacting with Hiring Managers, understand the requirement, sourcing profiles, conducting personal-HR interview, Salary negotiation, coordinating till Candidate On-boarding and completing pre-joining, post joining Documentation process.
- Should have relevant experience in recruiting core IT profiles for all levels from Entry Level to Leadership Hiring and on Vanilla to Niche skills sets.
- Should have good knowledge of IT terminologies & Stay current on trends and evaluate innovative, low-cost and effective hiring methods to attract Best Talent from the Industry.
- Should be proficient on resume search through Job portals & must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, Search Engines, Headhunting, referrals etc and not only relying on job board ads or a database.
- This profile requires the Candidate to act as Individual Contributor and Accountable to close all the requirement arising effectively.
- Candidate need to be professional in both approach and work ethics, with a keen eye for detail with both candidate and requirements.
- Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
- Sourcing to Interview ratio & Offer to Joining ratio should be higher.
- Ensure hiring of the right quality, in the right time frame and within budget.
- To involve in Behavioral and Competency based Interviewing & partnering with Hiring Managers for appropriate hiring decisions.
- Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coaches each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process.
- Works on hiring for high volume positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.
- Leverage broad set of sourcing channels (social media and other sources) to enhance Employer Value Proposition.
- Creating recruitment related reports and facing audits.
- MIS & Vendor Management.
- Experience in US Recruitment is added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have 3+ years of IT recruitment experience working with Software Services/Product development companies.
- Must have Excellent English communication skills both oral & written. (Mandatory)
- International Hiring experience will be added advantage.
- Must have experience in Domain specific hiring, skill based hiring, Market mapping.
- Must have experience independently handling campus drive, walk-in drives etc.
- Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be Target oriented and capable to work well under pressure.
- Must have good Analytical, Time management, people management skills.
- Should be able to effectively manage, guide & motivate the team.
- Responsible for individual target, Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
- Must have experience working with any ATS (Application tracking System).
