Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Entire Recruitment life cycle right.
Should have complete recruitment life cycle experience, manage end to end hiring activities, planning, sourcing, interview schedules, selection, offer management till on-boarding.
Identification of the best candidates according to the position through reference, internal database, networking, job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Should have hands on experience in IT emerging technologies and semicon hiring.
Excellent communication with good inter-personal skills.
Ability to remain focused and goal oriented.
Take initiative, develop execute new strategies for hiring right talent
Ability to execute Niche sourcing within the given SLA.
Good decision making skills ability to understand profiles.
