• Reconciliation, correction and monitoring of Stock in Transit Account for Manufacturing, Supply chain and service centres.
• Reconciliation, correction, and monitoring of Work in Progress Account for Manufacturing department.
• Ability to resolve errors with regards to WIP accounts
• Monitor work orders and resolve the error in work orders related to WIP Account.
• Monitor the Inventory branches and Communicate unusual movement of stock to the respective key user.
• Solving stock Integrity issues of Inventory Account.
• Communication with colleagues in Factory, supply chain and service centres to resolve the day to day issues in Inventory and Stock in Transit Account.
• Report on inventory levels, the sales orders to management and other department periodically.
• Provide assistance in User acceptance testing of new projects or application.
• Explain the current issues and queries raised by Auditors and management related to Inventory.
• Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately
• Exhibits the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments
• Primarily involved in Month end close and Reconciliation of SIT accounts, Supply chain and other service orders
• Provide support to Inventory Colleagues intercompany as and when needed.
• Close monitoring of Unposted batches if any and take required actions on timely basis
• Understanding on overall inventory process in an ERP environment
• Also will be responsible for the set up of inventory structure to support stocking and tracking of inventory, accounting to write off’s
• Preferred to have JDE Mfg. module experience

Skillsets:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in GL teams of a Shared services set-up in inventory area, Mfg entity inventory experience in an ERP environment will be preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail approach with logical thinking
• Proactive approach and active involvement in driving process improvements, automations if any
• Displays the ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time without stress
