We have excellent openings for Customer Support Professionals- International Voice @ Chennai.
Designation: Customer Service Professional (Canadian Process)
Work location: Chennai
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (Cab facilities Provided)
Qualification: Fresher's with Any UG & PG degree (Backlogs will be considered.)
Excellent English oral communication skills
Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task Competent in MS office and web browser environments
Ability to continually display positive attitude. Stay current with system information and changes

Compensation:
17.5 K as fixed+ Variables
