Key Responsibilities: Brand Custodian - Demonstrates good knowledge of brand guidelines, their use and corporate collaterals
- Leverages collaterals to build broad brand affinity and connection with Dr. Reddy’s work
- Offers strategic counsel regarding new approaches to internal communications and identifies gaps and opportunities to improve processes.
- Ensures developed content is on-brand, engaging and appropriate for each platform.
Content/ Copy-Writing: - Translates key messages of the company to the wider internal audience
- Develops and authors a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.
- Ensures communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with firm priorities and themes.
- Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Alumni Relations, Recruitment, Professional Development, Human Resources and other programs and initiatives in support of firm goals and culture.
Internal communication strategy: - Works with multiple sub-sets of employees across geographies
- Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees
- Develops diverse communication channels, e.g.social media, print, digital screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with employees depending on the nature and context of different communications.
- Manages content within broader editorial calendar where appropriate.

Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant communications experience; work experience in a consulting, law, or other professional services firm
- Experience in writing and editing content, managing branded social media accounts and proficiency with Google Analytics
- Experience and proven ability to work with other writers, designers, producers, and more
