Role & responsibilities:
1. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
2. Build a strong relationship/Trust with customers by Understanding the customer.
3. Presenting online demos/presentations to the clients and explaining them the product
completely.
4. Successful Conversion into a Potential client by closing the deal, handling customer queries,
and resolving the issues related to the product.
5. Strong knowledge of marketing research on different CRM Applications.
6. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
7. Mandatory work experience in CRM applications and in-depth knowledge.
8. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
9. Team with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
10. Perform effective online demos for prospects.
11. He/she should have great communication and convincing skills and be able to reach targets.
12. Strong enough to give or reach targets/revenue generation to the company for excellent
incentives.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Mandatory Degree/master's degree.
2. Mandatory work experience for about 2-3 years in different CRM Applications specifically Real estate software.
3. Mastered in Deal Closure.
4. Strong enough to give many demos per day.
5. Strongly motivated enough to uplift the product, should be able to deliver the results on time.
