Senior Technical Inside Product Specialist

Join us as a a Senior Technical Inside Sales Representative on our Inside Sales team in Hyderabad to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve
Your role will involve working closely with Inside Sales team, TSR, Partner Team & Distribution and deliver Technical solutions that address customers’ varying needs, and drive Storage, HCI, Networking business & help team on more complex solutions.

You will:

  • Responsible for driving Infrastructure Solutions business and ensure we over exceed on ISG plans. Drive Storage & Networking business
  • Provide expert guidance and direction to the Core Sales team on solutions. Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend highly complex alternative technology solutions
  • Responsible of driving and growing E2E ISG business in UK by working very closely with TSR's, BDM's, IPAM's , CAM , Partner TSRs, Specialists, and all the sales leaders and other stakeholders to make sure we over-exceed our ISG plans.
  • Responsible of validating all large bids and solutions and making sure our proposals meet customer's requirements. Understand and leverage solutions and explain how complex multi-faceted solutions will benefit the overall business
  • Achieve or exceed targets by selling solutions, developing strong relationships with our partners and distributors and with executive leadership to create new business opportunities

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. Good analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Solid experience in a relationship-selling role with good Dell Technologies product knowledge
  • The ability to effectively balance demands from multiple stakeholders, coordinating teams where appropriate to ensure timely delivery
  • Solid customer relationship skills with ability to build and manage relationships with clear communication skills
  • Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend highly complex alternative technology solutions. Provide direction and guidance/mentoring to team members and coach others in closing the most complex deals


Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within multi-national IT solutions sales environment
