Roles and Responsibilities :
Contact distributors and hospitals by phone and email
Looking for the new business and converting it
Describe products and services
Respond to queries and explaining about the products
Take the customer through the sales process
Obtain customer information
Obtain possible customer leads
Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
Follow up on initial contacts
Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
Maintaining the data base of customers and their sale
Preparing Quotations
Follow-up with the various departments regarding the order placed
Ensuring the delivery within the given time frame
Payment Follow-up and ensuring the timely payment from the customer
Other Important Note:
Required regional language speaker also i.e. Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi, Malayalam, Gujrati, Bengali, Oriya, Assamese, Hindi and English
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required qualification is 10+ 2
Should have good communication skill
Should have interpersonal skill and positive attitude
Should have good convincing skill
Can work under pressure and coordinate with the team
Should have knowledge of computer and MS Office
