Job Title - India Business-CFO&EV - Strategy Associate

Knowledge & skill requirements

??Understanding of how business and finance function, both at strategic and operational level; how finance could evolve into a more business-partnering and value-added role in an organization.

??Knowledge of current trends and transformational agenda being pursued by finance organizations in the areas of Finance Operating Model, Shared Services & Finance Process Transformation, etc.

??Experience in partnering with C Suite and executives on finance and cross-functional initiatives

??Exposure to digital finance tools for Data Analytics; Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting; Performance Reporting; Shared Services enabling technologies for document management, workflow management and service delivery would be an added advantage

??Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

??Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and deliver high impact change initiatives

??Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making

??Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments and/or responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

??Experience in a consulting firm is preferable

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant OR MBA from a Tier 1 B School
