IMPORT AND EXPORT EXECUTIVE

• Responsible for Air Freight Import & Export
• Responsible for Customer Service
• Overseas / Agent Coordination
• Coordination for rate negotiation, booking & planning of shipments.
• Good knowledge for documentation and freight forwarding process.
• Pre-pared the DSR of Air Imports & Sea Imports.
• Knowledge about the Invoicing (Billing) and costing.
• Opening the Job file as per daily basis Pre-Alert
• Coordinate with Pan India Vendors for Import & Export Shipments.
• Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Customs Clearance and delivery of the Cargo at the right time.
• Coordinate with CHA/Transporters to ensure timely clearance & Delivery of Imported cargo.
• Providing Daily Status Report to Consignee.
• Follow Up of Urgent Shipments with Origin and other related agencies.
• Handling all Import disturbances at IGI Cargo Complex
• Checking debit / credit note of Oversees agent.
• Corresponding with Overseas agent for easy flow of information related to inbound shipment.
• Preparing DSR and Monthly report of the shipments
