Job Summary: Sales Manager will be responsible for selling assigned Land Projects/Properties and accountable for consistent revenue generation month-on-month. Also, plan persuasive approaches in generating prospective network of people that would help keep the sales pipeline robust.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • As a Sales Manager, you will generate your own leads through means of cold calling, referral marketing and various other channels.
  • Utilize your networking skills and keep meeting & coordinating with known acquaintances to promote and sell the Project.
  • Contact and communicate with as many people as you could to generate prospects everyday.

Converting Leads into Potential Buyers

  • Should have the sales intelligence to differentiate who is an interested prospect and who is not. And must be able to identify quickly how is delaying the decision (& wasting time) and who is not.
  • Presenting Our Project (features & benefits) profoundly to interested Prospects and raise their interest levels to purchase asap.
  • Projecting the Return On Investment (ROI) appropriately to potential buyers and drive them to take right decisions in your favor.

Generating Consistent Sales & Revenues

  • As a BDM, we expect you to meet weekly & monthly Sales Targets.
  • Shall be committed to producing sales consistently and prove to the company as an “Asset” and not a “liability”.
  • Must adhere to Sales best practices such as discipline & punctuality, consistent followup’s, maintain meeting calendar etc. that would support in continuous revenue generation.

Management and research:

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is correct.
  • Forecast Sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Understand company's goal & purpose and align actions accordingly to enhance company's performance.
