1. Collaborate with hiring managers in order to understand the F&A staffing needs.

2. Develop recruitment strategies for F&A domain.

3. Sourcing candidates from various Job portals, referrals, social media and other networks.

4. Source, screen and interview the candidates based on requirement.

5. Shortlisted right candidate as per the requirements and skills.

6. Extend job offers, negotiate and assist candidates during on boarding process.

7. Building pipeline of F&A candidates and source then as and when needed.

8. Should be able to handle priority hiring.

Qualification:

1. Bachelors degree in HR, Finance or any related field.

2. Must have 2-5 years of experience into F&A domain.

3. Proven experience in sourcing and selecting candidates.

4. Good communication and organizational skills.
