Designation :- Demand Generation / Senior Demand Generation

Location :- Kharadi

Salary :- Fresher's - 17k CTC | Experienced - upto 32CTC

Criteria :- Graduate Fresher's can apply | Under Grad with 6months of BPO/KPO experience

Role:

Identify prospective customers that match the client specifications using web research tools

Maintaining, managing and appending individual databases on a real time basis

Identifying prospects that meet the client specifications and eliciting responses to specific client queries from the prospects

Understanding the expression of interest from above mentioned prospects and using any actionable intelligence from the conversation to highlight the specific USP of the client

This role is an outbound research/calling role

Required Skills:

Above average functional communication skills in the English language reading, writing

Ability to quickly grasp new information and assimilate it into effective actions

Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of modern technology tools

Ability to effectively use web research to identify specific information

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Excellent verbal communication skills in English ability to read between the lines and direct the flow of conversation in a professional and assertive manner

Should possess accent comprehension skills, basic soft skills (telephone etiquettes) and should be able to hold a conversation beyond the script

Functional MS office skills with an emphasis on MS Excel

Familiarity with LinkedIn and various professional networking tools

Unfailing integrity, ownership, humility and being a team player

Performance orientation and an ability to consistently meet the target

Ability to handle pressure in a calm and composed manner

Criteria :

Understanding of the concept of demand generation/pre-sales and its various mechanisms

Database management and handling

Google docking and web extraction of resources
