Eligibility Criteria:

• Decent communication skills.
• Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in recruitment
• Must have working knowledge/experience on IT.
• Must be good at end to end Recruitment( including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews Etc.)
• Should have experience in sourcing profiles through job Portals, Job Posting, Social Networking Sites and References.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Should be expertise in recruitment for all levels.
• Must be familiar with different hiring tools and manage the recruitment in given budgets
• Ability to analyse the overall footfall of recruitment and hiring needs.
• Achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall profitability, success and positive image
