Hvac Project Engineer

• To Coordinate with Client side peers and sub ordinates in site for construction site office, documentation works and safety requirements and erection mock up activities.
• To coordinate with technicians for executing the quality job as per the approved drawings.
• Daily planning and execution of site activities to meet the project schedule for the time line completion of projects.
• To co-ordinate and to finalize work orders for sub contractors to execute the job within the internal cost available for the same work.
• Preparation of Installation Checklists, Pressure test reports, Hand over documents and other related documents and getting Signoff.
• Preparation of Measurements coordinates with client team, Billing and Payment collection for the works done from client. Commissioning and handing over of job satisfactorily to client.
• Preparation of vendor bill certification
• Preparation of material inward update to GRN
• Supervise ability in HVAC System
• Ability to understand design codes & its specification.
• Preparation of HVAC site Quantification & BOQ with estimation.
• Knowledge of the pipe installation, duct installation pump, cooling tower & BMS of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of the AHU, FCU, CSU, Ventilation fan commissioning works.
• Ability to handle labors & site materials
• Knowledge of Fire Fighting installation
