Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Sourcing and screening the candidates for the required profile as Sales/accountant/digital marketing/in bound sales
Source applicants through online channels, such as Shine, Apna, WorkIndia and other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including Personality, Appearance, Communication and customer focus skills.
Scheduling and performing to close the interview loops with the panel
Working with respective HRBPs for induction planning and Onboarding Formalities.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
Following training calendar and sharing nominations on prior as per the schedule
Follow up with the selected candidates till training handover.
Monitoring the training dropouts and controlling the training attritions.
Involving Field activities and other promotional activities
Maintaining Walk in Tracker, Joining tracker Report
Initiating other mode of hiring verticals
