We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the HR Regional Center team as an RC Lead.
JOB LOCATION: Candidates should be flexible in working either at an Amazon office/site located in Bangalore, or alternatively working from home remotely. A blended model of working some days out of a physical Amazon office and working from home could as well be expected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an RC Lead, you will have the opportunity to MAKE AN IMPACT by acting as the first point of escalation for Regional Center Coordinators in their shift. This is a dynamic role that can provide foundational HR administration skills to individuals new to Human Resources or build career for experienced HR administration professionals.
Teach, Coach, and Train:
Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to team members. Be the Subject Matter Expert on all processes you support. Coach team members through feedbacks.
Shift Management: Managing shift workflow while collaborating with other shift leads to ensure success by mitigating SLA risk and providing detailed end-of-shift wash reports, which outline work completed, any barriers faced, success stories and general call-outs.
Problem Solving: Acting as first point of escalation. Partner with RC Manager, work with sites to resolve escalation, and track and share with others to mitigate repetitive issues.
Data Analytics: Publish and analyze reports which helps in decision making. Work on HRIS systems for managing the data.
Other: Work is tactical focused on goals where the problem, opportunity, and strategy are already defined. Able to create procedures and troubleshoot problems with no procedure. Escalate roadblocks and risks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from accredited university.
• Experience in confidential environments - maintaining strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and capable to analyze data in Excel using formulae.
• Experience in running Payroll and reporting HR systems.
• Deadline driven, team player, with strong customer focus.
• Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualification:
• Degree in HR Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Experienced with Payroll Systems and/or HRIS
• Amazon Field HR experience.
• Organized and detail oriented. Accuracy is something you strive for.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards Communication
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in preparing SOPs.
• Ability to lead and teach others in a collaborative and inspiring manner.
• Ability to build relationships with key customers in a virtual set-up.
