Roles and Responsibilities

Language Preferable - English, Hindi, Kannada

• Work with internal teams, bulk hiring and MIS for handling the entire zone
• Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts
• Develop a recruitment strategy
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, verification,
  interviews and offers
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment partners and manage the procurement and
  measurement process
• This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing, channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
• Collecting documents and follow up with candidates
• Updating the candidates details in the system
