• Should have an IT experience on onboarding formalities, induction,
  knowledge on compensation like PF, ESI, TDS and other payroll activities
  Interacting with clients and employees who are under company payroll
  Generation of invoices, taking attendance timesheets, issuing payslips and exit formalities.
  Should have experience on Employee engagement and handling grievances.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in hiring and recruitments will be preferred
• Should have command of English
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be a multitasker who can manage different tasks
• Should be a problem solver and needs little to no in-depth handholding.
• Should have knowledge on Ms Word and Ms Excel
