iOPEX is Hiring HR Recruiters for its Operation Center in Chennai.

Work location Chennai, Ambit IT Park

Contract Role 6 months (This is for 6 months contract role, based on the performance we would consider your profile for permanent role)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Handling post selection process Documentation, salary Negotiation, offer process, following up with the candidates till he joins
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
