We have an Immediate Opening for HR Recruiter cum Generalist (Only Female)

Job Description:

• Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through job sites like Naukri and other sources.
• Pre-screening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills, etc.
• Generate new leads through existing candidates & social networks.
• Conduct telephonic interviews
• Following up with candidates to ensure joining.
• Ensure recruitment within a limited timeline.
• Handling of complete recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure.
• General activities of HR Department

Work Location: Mount Road, Chennai

Office Timing: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Week off)

Salary Package: Based on skill sets & Experience
